Puan Mah and Cik Auf have been running their business in Melaka for more than 14 years.
Their shop is more than a place to alter army uniforms and buy related items. Its location near Kem Terendak brings many army personnel through the door.
Next door, there is also an eatery that has been operating for almost 25 years. So there are always plenty of customers coming and going in the area.
That is where Puan Mah and Cik Auf saw an opportunity.
Besides running their main business, they also offer a bill payment service to the customers who come by.

What excited them was finding out that the bill payment service does not just make things easier for customers. They can also earn income through commission.
That is why they started sharing and introducing the service to the people around them.
For them, if customers are already coming to the shop, why not help them pay their bills at the same time, and add to the shop’s income along the way.
When we came by to hand over a banner and bunting, Puan Mah and Cik Auf were delighted.
For them, having these promotional materials means more people will know that their shop now offers bill payment too.
