Is dropshipping legal in Malaysia?
Yes. Dropshipping is a normal sales model. Make sure you sell legitimate products and are honest with customers about them.
Who handles returns or damaged items?
It depends on the condition the item comes back in. If it is returned in good condition, unused and it really was the wrong item, there is no cost to you because P2U or the brand handles the return. If it is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the cost is charged to your account because the item can no longer be resold. Remind customers to check their item as soon as it arrives and report any issue right away, before using it.
How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia: 1 to 3 days. Sabah and Sarawak: 5 to 7 days. Some delivery options have their own rules, for example 99 Speedmart delivery is only available in Klang Valley with a minimum order of RM550.
Can I sell on Shopee or TikTok Shop?
Yes, but P2U isn't affiliated with TikTok or Shopee, so you'll manage your own store there. For TikTok, you'll need a Business Account, your own store registration, your IC uploaded and P2U's warehouse set as your shipping address. Marketing materials are shared on the P2U Telegram channel.
Do I need my own website?
No. Every P2U dealer gets their own Minishop that can be shared straight away.
