The term “application”, “P2U” and “KAT Technologies Sdn Bhd” in this Terms and Conditions are used interchangeably, depending on the suitability of the context and may also refer to the business unit as a whole, including but not limited to the backend, source code, front end website.
This Terms and Conditions, and its policies may be changed from time to time and are in effect immediately after it is updated.the changes on our Services
By downloading P2U and any update thereto (as permitted by this Terms and Conditions) You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions and that you accept this Terms and Conditions.
You must register a P2U account in order to utilise the Services. Individuals or businesses who are able to form legally binding contracts under relevant law are eligible to use our services. Without limiting the above, our Services are not available to anybody under the age of 18, people who have been suspended from our Services, or those who we, in our sole discretion, believe pose an unacceptable risk to our Services.
P2U is a bill payment platform, mobile reload service provider and e-commerce platform. By hosting, maintaining, and offering our Services to you via the Internet, P2U serves as a digital Wallet service provider.
P2U is a payment facilitator that assists you in making payments to third-party service providers. We take action in response to instructions and requests received through your P2U account to utilise the Services, which require us to deduct points from your P2U Digital Wallet balance in order to pay the Service Providers.
4.1 Debiting credits to your P2U Digital Wallet
You can top-up your P2U via in-app FPX payment or transfers to P2U bank account, which is:
– MAYBANK 5627-5967-6346 (KAT TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD)
For both payments, the minimum top up is RM50 per transaction.
Transfers will be processed within 2 hours during banking hours. For non-banking hours, it will be processed on next banking day.
4.2 Withdrawal of credits from P2U
P2U credits will not be able to be withdrawn. All P2U credits must be spent entirely within the P2U app.
P2U must be notified of any discrepancies or inaccuracies within ten (10) working days through email or call centre, failing which P2U shall not be liable for any further disputes or claims.
You are entirely responsible for keeping your login name, account, and password secure, as well as restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your P2U account. You agree to be responsible for all activities that take place under your P2U account or password, whether or not you authorised them. Take all necessary precautions to ensure that:-
• At the end of each session, you log out of your P2U account;
• Your password is kept private and secure. If your password has been compromised, is being used, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner by others, please notify us immediately.
• P2U maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse transaction instructions and cancel accounts
Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply when registering and opening your P2U account. Please notify P2U immediately if any changes or alterations to the information you supplied during registration are required.
